Mattison, human resources manager, City of Anderson; Second Vice President Deana Keever, human resources director, City of Rock Hill; Member at Large Ashley Clark, human resources director/city clerk, City of Simpsonville; and Past President Lynn Smith, human resources director, City of Conway.
