Position Overview Under limited supervision, the Police Officer responds to emergency and non-emergency calls for service, protecting lives, property, and community safety. Responsibilities include: Conducting routine patrols and responding to calls for service Enforcing applicable federal, state, and local laws Responding to vehicle collisions and emergency situations Preparing accurate reports and maintaining case documentation Participating in required training Supporting community outreach and public-relations events Performing other related law-enforcement duties as assigned
