Question: How to record group training in LocalGovU?
Answer: Users can watch LocalGovU training in a group setting. Lesson plans located under course resources can be downloaded and printed. Once the training has occurred, the admin should select the “Record Course Credit” option on the course. Before applying credit, all users need to have a profile created in LocalGovU. The completion date should be entered and the users who attended the training should be selected. Once submitted, credit will be applied to each individual. Certificates can be downloaded from “my dashboard” or administrators can run the certificate report.
