Question: Was the online claims application updated?
Answer: Yes, the online claims submission application was updated to Gateway from Navrisk Central. Upon logging in, users now see a launchpad screen with different tiles. Gateway still allows for the submission of First Report of Injury (workers’ compensation) and First Notice of Loss (property and liability) claims. The claim search allows the ability to search on different claims information such as line of business, claim number, claimant name, loss date and many other fields. There is a new search option to view claims or incidents submitted in the past 30 days. If the date tile on the launchpad is selected, a dashboard appears with claims data for the member. This data displays claims based on status, cause code and location or department.
