Water Maintenance Technician, Town of Eutawville
Conduct monthly water meter readings and ensure accurate reporting. Perform minor water system repairs, including leak detection and basic line maintenance. Maintain and repair water meters, including installation and replacement as needed.
Respond to water-related emergencies, including after-hours and on-call situations. Inspect water system components and report issues or needed repairs.
Assist with general town maintenance tasks alongside maintenance personnel. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and orderly condition.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Basic knowledge of water systems, plumbing, or maintenance work preferred. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, digging, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license required. Ability to be on-call and respond to emergencies as needed
