Seeking an experienced Post-Award Grant Manager to oversee compliance, reporting, budget tracking, and fund drawdown support for federally funded grants and cooperative agreements. The ideal candidate will ensure grant activities remain compliant with federal regulations, award requirements, and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities - Manage post-award grant activities and compliance - Track reporting deadlines, deliverables, and budgets - Coordinate grant reports and supporting documentation - Assist with grant fund drawdowns and reimbursement requests - Maintain financial and compliance records for audit readiness - Monitor allowable costs and spending alignment - Support subrecipient monitoring when applicable - Provide technical assistance on federal grant requirements - Maintain organized grant files and tracking systems - Support grant closeout activities

Qualifications

Experience managing federal grants (CDC, NIH, HRSA, FEMA, HUD, etc.)
