Leslie joined the Association in 2026 as the assistant financial manager for Risk Management Services. She brings more than 20 years of accounting experience and most recently served as the financial reporting manager for the City of Cayce. Leslie holds a Certified ​Government Finance Officer designation and earned both her bachelor’s degree in accounting and Master of Business Administration from Saint Leo University.
