Electrician, James Island Public Service District
Performs preventive, corrective and emergency, maintenance on lift station electrical systems. Diagnoses and repairs electrical and control system failures using electronic testing equipment, troubleshooting techniques, and established repair procedures.
Monitors, maintains, and calibrates SCADA, level control and flow measurement systems, including interpreting system reports and ensuring accurate performance of instrumentation and controls. Maintains accurate maintenance records and technical documentation, including work orders, material requisitions, schematics, and coordination with stakeholders.
High School Diploma or GED 5 years electrical experience Master Electrician Preferred Ability to perform strenuous physical labor and exert up to 75 pounds of force Valid driver’s license
