Project Engineer, City of North Myrtle Beach
Under limited supervision, is responsible for design and construction management of public infrastructure for the City. Performs office and field engineering activities including survey, design, permitting, plan reviews, construction inspections, citizen complaints, etc.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field Experience: Twelve (12) years experience in construction engineering, civil engineering design andpermitting, or related experience Certifications: Engineer Intern (EI) Certification Must possess a valid driver's license Preferred: Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) AutoCAD experience GIS experience Survey Experience The City retains the right to determine equivalencies. Any certifications not possessed at hire, must be obtained before the employee probation in order to continue employment with the City.
