Maintenance Manager, Town of Coward
Grounds maintenance including but not limited to picking up trash, cutting grass, weed eating and other landscaping as needed. Light building repairs and maintenance as needed. Light janitorial duties for building and park area.
Must be able to operate equipment-tractor, zero turn mower, small power tools, etc. Light equipment maintenance including but not limited to change fluid and filters, sharpen or replace blades, clean machinery after use, clean trucks and utility vehicles.
Water utility service maintenance including but not limited to reading meters, cutting water meters on and off, replacing or repairing water meters.
Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have a valid SC Driver's License. Must agree to and sign form to allow a driving record to be pulled and a thorough background check.
Must have the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must have the ability to climb a ladder up to 12'.
Must have the ability to work alone with minimal supervision. Must have the ability to follow directions. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
