Reviews permit applications and supporting documents; verifies all necessary approvals; verifies professional and contractor licensing; verifies valuation and fees; coordinates payments; issues permits.
Reviews business license applications for accuracy and completeness and issues licenses as appropriate; processes business license renewals.
High school diploma or GED required, supplemented by two years of experience in customer service, business licensing, permitting, or a related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position.
