Workforce Administrative & Compliance Coordinator , Pee Dee Regional Council of Governments
The selected candidate will be joining a dynamic team of professionals engaged in strengthening administrative, compliance, and governance systems that support effective workforce development operations. Under the supervision of the Workforce Development Director, the Workforce Administrative & Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and strengthening documentation, monitoring readiness, fiscal accountability, and regulatory alignment across workforce programs and board operations.
A bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, finance, political science, human services, or a closely related field is required, along with a minimum of two (2) years of experience or equivalent combinations of training and experience with demonstrated competence to fulfill the duties. Strong organizational and written communication skills are required.
