The Town of Wagener, South Carolina is seeking proposals from qualified Certified Public Accountants or auditing firms to perform the Town’s annual independent financial audit in accordance with South Carolina law and generally accepted auditing standards.

Scope of Work Includes: • Annual financial audit of all Town funds • Preparation of audited financial statements • Compliance testing with state and federal requirements • Review of internal controls and accounting procedures • Presentation of audit findings to Mayor and Town Council
