Rebecca Mejia-Ward joined the Association in 2025 as a loss control consultant. Rebecca has more than 15 years of experience in employee relations, human resources, risk management, and leadership development and training. Prior to joining the Association, Rebecca served as the human resources director for the City of Fountain Inn and previously held the same role with the City of Hartsville. She served on the SC Municipal Human Resources Association board as chair for two consecutive terms.
