The receipt and payment of a renewal invoice for participation in the Municipal Association of South Carolina Trade Certification Program indicates the certification holder’s agreement to the following terms of service:
- The trade certification holder will not represent to anyone that the Municipal Association of South Carolina trade certification card is evidence of a license to engage in any particular trade or business, or represents any evaluation by Municipal Association of South Carolina or warranty of the quality of the holder’s services.
- The trade certification holder will not represent to anyone that the Municipal Association of South Carolina trade certification card represents proof of U.S. citizenship or of lawful presence in the United States.
- The trade certification holder will not display, reproduce, or use the Municipal Association of South Carolina logo without prior written authorization from the Municipal Association of South Carolina. The only generally authorized use of the Municipal Association of South Carolina logo is on the face of a validly issued Municipal Association of South Carolina trade certification card, complete with the holder’s signature and the
required disclaimers appearing on the reverse side of the card.
