Municipal Clerk, Town of Pine Ridge
Under general supervision, responsible for managing & maintaining records & providing customer service to those needing information.
Attend all municipal meetings (Council, Planning & BZA), prepares variety of documents for meetings & postings in accordance with FOIA.
Assists with telephone, business licensing, planning/zoning, stormwater, payables & any additional duties as assigned.
High School Diploma/GED & 4 years of responsible secretarial and/or administrative work experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the knowledge, skills & abilities.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with deadlines and frequent interruptions.
Must be able to pass a drug test, background & credit investigation.
