Job Duties

he Senior Planner has primary responsibility over managing development and planning projects. This specifically includes preparing plans, analyzation, researching, studying and reporting data. The Senior Planner must also be able to multitask, make presentations to various groups, engage effectively with the public and receive direction from multiple people. This position requires proficient knowledge of GIS, Adobe Creative Suites, Microsoft Office and municipal government operations. Work for this role is performed under the general supervision of the Planning Director and Planning Manager.

 

 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in urban planning, urban design, architecture or land & property development Knowledge of long- range planning, city planning, and development & zoning practices 3 years experience in planning or planning related field A combination of education and experience will be considered.

 

 

Pay Info
The salary range for this position is depending on qualifications with an excellent fringe benefits package.
