Job Duties

Assists the Senior Landscape Architect/ Project Manager in carrying out the Department’s vision, mission and goals.

Prepares and issues bid documents for a variety of park projects. Reviews bids and makes recommendations for value engineering and awarding contracts.

Produces computer graphics varying from rendered site plans to technical construction drawings and details, including 3-D graphic perspectives as necessary to convey design ideas.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or closely related field.

0-3 years of relevant prior experience preferred Evidence of commitment to design excellence.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe CS (Photoshop, InDesign Illustrator), 3D modeling (SketchUp, Lumion), and hand drawing. Experience with Revit, 3ds Max, AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS are a plus.

Pay Info
$53,449.00 annually.
