Housing Manager, Lower Savannah Council of Governments
The main responsibility of the Housing Programs Manager is to manage housing related programs within the Planning Community & Economic Development Division. The Housing Programs Manager may be administratively responsible for staff assigned to the program. Will be responsible for coordination and implementation of housing related programs in compliance with the federal, state and/or local funding sources, rules and regulations, including but not limited to the Lower Savannah Regional Housing Consortium (LSRHC), a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), HOME Partnership.
Master’s Degree in Business or Public Administration and three years related work experience or bachelor’s degree in related field and four years work experience; or equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible Housing and/or Community development grants administration experience in a multi-faceted nonprofit organization.
