Finance Director, City of Bennettsville
Directs and oversees all activities relating to the finances of the City.
Directs the activities of the Finance Department to include accounting, collections, internal audit, budgets, investments, tax collection, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepares and presents information for Administration, City Council and 3rd parties.
Bachelor's degree supplemented by a minimum of 2 years experience in a job related field;
or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities;
knowledge of general laws and administrative policies governing municipal financial practices and procedures. Municipal Government financial experience is preferred.
