Job Duties
The Town of Irmo is seeking a Code Compliance Inspector. This position enforces all municipal and zoning ordinances related to the development, use, and maintenance of private property. Additionally the inspector will investigate and enforce business license issues.
Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or GED with three years of experience in the construction, codes enforcement, law enforcement, fire service, engineering or architectural fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pay Info
Expected starting salary is $45,000/year.
