8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and after hour Council Meetings
Job Duties

The Clerk/Treasurer conducts day to day functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll/human resources and general ledger transactions, manages debt, bank reconciliations, prepares monthly financial statements, zoning administration, and assists with the annual budget preparation. The Clerk/Treasurer will be required to attend all meeting of the Council, take minutes, and keep all permanent records of the Town.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; supplemented by three years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, finance or related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. Municipal finance experience considered a plus.

Pay Info
$42,000.00 - $52,000.00 annually
