House and Senate members met in session on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with subcommittees and committees moving bills to their respective floors throughout the week. House members debated several social media bills, while the Senate spent long hours debating and ultimately passing H3594, the bill that will allow anyone to carry a firearm without a permit.

The Sunday retail liquor sales bill remains on the House contested calendar for debate, while both chambers’ election bills are waiting for full House and Senate judiciary committees to meet.
