Marriott

A non-refundable, two-night deposit has been paid. The balance is the responsibility of the individual. If you do not have a credit card in your hand or form of payment on file when you arrive to check in, you may lose your reservation. There are three payment options:

  • Option 1: The best option is to bring the credit card with you when you check in. The card can be used to pay the balance and cover incidental charges.
  • Option 2: If you are paying the balance with a credit card, but will not have the credit card in hand at check in, visit https://www.marriott.com/reservation/lookupReservation.mi

    There you will look up the reservation using the guests first and last name, the confirmation number and arrival date. Then you can add the credit card to the reservation. You must wait until you receive the confirmation email from the hotel to add the credit card information online. It may take several days to send the confirmation for the hotel rooms. 
  • Option 3:  If you are unable to bring a credit card, you may send a check for the remaining balance at least 10 days prior to check in. A two night deposit has already been paid. Your balance can be calculated by multiplying the remaining number of nights by $279.63. Makes checks payable to Marriott Hilton Head Resort & Spa.

Omni

A non-refundable, one-night deposit has been paid. The balance is the responsibility of the individual. If you do not have a credit card in your hand or form of payment on file when you arrive to check in, you may lose your reservation. There are three payment options:

  • Option 1: The best option is to bring the credit card with you when you check in. The card can be used to pay the balance and cover incidental charges.
  • Option 2: If you are paying the balance with a credit card, but will not have the credit card in hand at check in, please contact the Group Reservations Coordinator no later than 07/07/2021 to get a mycheck link to process your full remaining balance using a credit card. Please contact Jada Wilbarger at  843.341.8018 or at jada.wilbarger@omnihotels.com.  Jada works Monday through Friday.  This payment will cover your remaining room, tax and resort service charge for your stay. You will be required provide a card at check in for any incidental charges incurred during your stay.
  • Option 3: If paying by a check from the municipality, the check must be received no later than 07/07/2021. One night's deposit has been paid. The check must include the remaining balance on room, tax and resort service charge for the stay.  If you need an invoice for the estimated balance due on the room, tax and resort service charge please contact Jada Wilbarger at 843.341.8018 or at jada.wilbarger@omnihotels.com.  Jada works Monday through Friday.  Please note that guests will be required to provide a card at check in for any incidental charges incurred during their stay.

Sonesta

A non-refundable, one-night deposit has been paid. The balance is the responsibility of the individual. If you do not have a credit card in your hand or form of payment on file when you arrive to check in, you may lose your reservation. There are three payment options:

  • Option 1: The best option is to bring the credit card with you when you check in. The card can be used to pay the balance and cover incidental charges.
  • Option 2: If you are paying the balance with a credit card, but will not have the credit card in hand at check in, complete the credit card authorization and FAX the form to Hariday Payne at 843.842.6503.
  • Option 3: If you are unable to bring a credit card, you may send a check for the remaining balance at least 10 days prior to check in. A one night deposit has already been paid. Your balance can be calculated by multiplying the remaining number of nights by $362.97. Makes checks payable to Sonesta Hilton Head.

Beach House Resort

  • Option 1: The best option is to bring the credit card with you when you check in. The card can be used to pay the balance and cover incidental charges.
  • Option 2: If you are paying the balance with a credit card, but will not have the credit card in hand at check in, complete the credit card authorization and email the form to Shavonda.beckett@thebeachousehhi.com
  • Option 3: If you are unable to bring a credit card, you may send a check for the remaining balance at least 10 days prior to check in. A one night deposit has already been paid. Your balance can be calculated by multiplying the remaining number of nights by $266.69. Makes checks payable to The Beach House Resort.
