The deadline for entering the drawing to receive an appointment for making Annual Meeting hotel reservations and registering for the meeting is May 3. A drawing on May 7 will determine the order for appointment times. The Association will send the representative the appointment time on May 7.
The representative will be the liaison between your municipality and the Association during the registration process.
The representative will be responsible for collecting completed worksheets from those planning to attend the Annual Meeting. The worksheets will be available online and mailed in early April.
During the 30-minute appointment on May 28, 29 or 30, the representative will receive a call from the Association to gain access to the online meeting registration and housing reservation system.
