They are President Amy Ashley, Greenwood Commissioners of Public Works; Vice President Keith Wood, Laurens Commission of Public Works; Secretary/Treasurer Leigh Starnes, City of Lancaster; Members at Large Tonya Huell, City of Lake City; Michelle McLemore, Mount Pleasant Waterworks; Darlene Brown, City of West Columbia; and Past President Patsy Hart, Seneca Light and Water.
Tracy Rabon, municipal clerk for the City of Lancaster, earned the Certified Municipal Clerk designation from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks.
