Summary of the bill as introduced: Allows an entity that has contracted for the right to store water in a reservoir owned by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to have exclusive rights to any return flows generated to that reservoir.  

House Judiciary Election Laws subcommittee 
H4919 – Makes changes to the state's voting procedures – favorable report as amended with a strike-and-insert amendment that did not materially affect municipal elections. Later in the week, the full Judiciary Committee met but adjourned before acting on the bill.
