S177 – Prohibits an employer from taking adverse action against an employee who chooses not to get the COVID-19 vaccine – favorable report as amended. The amendment clarifies that state employers can’t fire employees for not receiving the vaccine unless they work with vulnerable populations. The amendment also does not prohibit employers from providing incentives for employees who choose to get the vaccine.
