Grants Administrator, City of Columbia

Position Category: Administration

Job Duties:
  • Supervises submission process of complex federal, state, and foundation grants involving multiple City employees of all levels (managerial and non-managerial) along with outside entities;
  • Analyzes needs and existing resources of various departments and assists in strategic planning with respect to allocating City resources in pursuit of grants and;
  • Writes narratives, proposals, reports, summaries, etc., according to grant guidelines and criteria;

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, finance, accounting, or closely related field;
  • Five years of relevant prior experience and;
  • Valid South Carolina Class “D” Driver’s License.

Pay Info:
$55,859.06 - $71,220.15 annually
