Part time, Up to 30 hours a week
Performs routine clerical, secretarial and administrative work in answering phones, receiving the public, providing customer assistance, mail distribution and related work as apparent or assigned.
Acts as the department’s receptionist by greeting visitors and directs visitors to the appropriate party, answering telephone and forwarding calls to appropriate party, providing information and assisting the public.
Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications.
High school diploma or GED
At least three years of experience working in an office setting
Possession of an appropriate driver’s license valid in the state of South Carolina.
