The Association manages four video training libraries.
Municipal Officials Library:
Each video deals specifically with issues facing South Carolina municipal officials such as conducting public meetings and the forms of municipal government. These tapes can be used in several ways by the entire council during a work session, by individual council members (especially the newly elected) and by municipal staffs. While the target audience is municipal officials, they can be presented to schools, civic groups and other organizations. Videos in this library are loaned exclusively to municipal officials and staff.
