Town of Chapin clerk of court elected vice president of Municipal Court Administration Association board

 
Members of the Municipal Court Administration Association elected Mary Ann Davis, clerk of court for the Town of Chapin, as the vice president of the Association at its annual meeting in August.
 
Davis has been on the Municipal Court Administration Association board for two years as a member-at-large. She has been the clerk of court for Chapin for 10 years.
 
MCAA, an affiliate of the Municipal Association of South Carolina, focuses on fostering and developing interest in sound court administration, encouraging the most advanced technologies in the field of court administration, disseminating information and exchanging ideas among its members.
 
The Municipal Association of South Carolina is a nonpartisan, not-for-profit Association of incorporated cities and towns dedicated to raising the standards of municipal government through a broad range of services.
