as South Carolina Association of Municipal Power Systems Manager. He worked for Gainesville Regional Utilities for
16 years in various roles including area general manager. He
also worked for Greenville Water as director
of field operations.
Gary has a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Kent State
University and an master’s in business administration from the University of South Florida.
