Position hours: Full-time position
Job duties: Performs and responsible for a variety of complex project-based and daily operational work including but not limited to, coordination of programs, projects and daily operations for the city manager, economic development and planning via grant management and other resources, including the Business Navigator department and Main Street Hartsville
- Graduation from an accredited four year college or university with a degree in public administration, business management or a closely related field is required; master's degree preferred
- Two years of experience in municipal management with authority for program direction, to include a proven track record of applying for and administering federal and state grant programs of significant scope
- A successful compliance record with all relevant regulations, including but not limited to The Davis Bacon Act, State Procurement, Fair Housing Act, Uniform Relocation Act, and National Environmental Policy Act
